You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party. BS777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account.
BS777 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Verification typically requires submission of the following documents:

Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BS777, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including without limitation: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer failure, or any other commercial or financial loss.
BS777's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude BS777's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
BS777 is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from: system outages, internet connectivity issues, delays caused by payment providers (including GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, or Hong Leong), force majeure events, or actions taken by third parties outside BS777's reasonable control.
BS777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances (non-exhaustive):
A Player may close their Account voluntarily at any time by submitting a written request to BS777's customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (above the minimum withdrawal threshold and not subject to active wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have already been met.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which BS777 holds its operating licence.
In the event of any dispute between BS777 and a Player, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. BS777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
